These amazing Rolo Pretzel Turtles were discovered by my mother a few years back.  They are super easy to make and extremely delicious.  I usually only make these little treats in the fall/winter for holiday parties so they remind me of family and happy times.  Did I mention these are SUPER EASY to make?  Only 3 ingredients are needed: Rolos, pretzels and pecans.
My only warning is stand by the oven when they are cooking– they only take a few minutes. And find a friend to help you unwrap the Rolos. Â Let me know what you think!
Rolo Pretzel Turtles
- Small mini Pretzels (square or the normal pretzel shape)
- Pecans (walnuts, almonds, m&ms, marshmallows- or whatever you want to top them off with)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Spread out small mini pretzels on a parchment lined cookie sheet (I used square pretzels).  Unwrap Rolos and place on top of  small mini pretzels. I always cut the Rolo in half – less calories!
Bake for 4 minutes.
While warm press a pecan on top of the Rolo (see picture, instead of pecans you can also use m&m’s, walnuts, almonds… get creative)
Unwrap, cut rolos in half and place on pretzels.
 Once warm press topping on.
Let me know what you think! Â Do you have any go to recipes for holiday parties?
